Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Consultant to join our IT HR team and support the ongoing development, implementation, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors solutions. This role will focus primarily on the Benefits, Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Compensation modules, serving as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate will possess deep SuccessFactors expertise, strong HR process knowledge, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders regarding SuccessFactors solution requirements and application enhancements.
* Support the implementation and ongoing administration of the Benefits module within the United States.
* Configure and parameterize SuccessFactors modules to meet business and compliance requirements.
* Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
* Facilitate system changes, application maintenance activities, and issue resolution efforts.
* Collaborate closely with Digital Product Area Owners, Product Owners, Solution Architects, Product Managers, and development teams.
* Lead stakeholder workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and solution design discussions.
* Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure effective communication throughout project lifecycles.
* Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimization.
* Assist in developing team competencies by promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
* Organize and lead knowledge transfer sessions to support a collaborative and globally connected team environment.
* Provide ongoing support for SuccessFactors applications in an application management and support environment.
Required Qualifications:
* Extensive experience as a SuccessFactors Consultant, Functional Consultant, or HR Systems Consultant.
* Hands-on configuration and implementation experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
* Strong experience supporting Benefits Administration within SuccessFactors.
* Experience with Recruiting and Onboarding modules.
* Strong understanding of HR business processes and HR technology platforms.
* Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into system solutions.
* Ability to lead workshops, stakeholder meetings, and solution discussions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience working across global teams.
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with SuccessFactors Compensation module.
* SAP SuccessFactors certifications in one or more modules.
* Experience supporting large-scale global HRIS environments.
* Familiarity with application management and support processes.
* Experience working within Agile or product-oriented delivery organizations.
* Knowledge of HR compliance requirements, particularly within the United States.
