Position Summary:
Versatile role combining clinical support and administrative duties in a healthcare environment supporting employee care and office operations.

Key Responsibilities Medical:
- Assist with physical examinations, conduct drug/alcohol screenings, support clinical staff
- Administrative: Answer phones, manage employee communications, operate office equipment, employee scheduling, file management and organization of archived records, data entry into Cority EMR system, organize employee medical charts

Required Qualifications
* Strong organizational skills and computer literacy
* Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
* Willingness to learn new systems and tasks
* Ability to maintain strict confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications
* Hospital, medical office, doctor's office, or dental office experience
* Medical background or healthcare experience
* Medical terminology knowledge
