| Position Purpose |
Reviews and evaluates applications to the
MBA program at the Tuck School of Business. Serves as a member of the Admissions Committee. Strives to identify and enroll an outstanding and diverse class of students from a highly competitive applicant pool. |
| Required Qualifications |
- Experience and skill in a field or discipline that offers exposure to MBAs and pre-MBAs, for example, consulting, finance, marketing, etc.; or experience and skill in admissions or recruiting for organizations with similar institutional priorities and performance standards.
- Bachelor's degree or other relevant education, certifications, and/or work experience.
- Strong intuitive skills and ability to make sound decisions based on analysis, experience, and judgment.
- Able to analyze and interpret data and make fact-based recommendations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to collaborate with others as primary means to achieve results.
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational and tracking skills.
- Comfort using technology, computers, and databases.
- Able to maintain confidentiality.
- Able to support, contribute to, and strengthen a vibrant, culturally diverse, and inclusive learning community of students, alumni, faculty, and fellow professionals.

| Preferred Qualifications |
- Graduate school level admissions experience, preferably an MBA, either working in admissions or as a graduate school applicant.

This position runs September through April, averaging 15-20 hours per week over the course of the assignment, with closer to 25 hours per week expected during peak reading periods in October, January, and February. |

| Additional Instructions |
The majority of work is performed remotely; therefore, a flexible schedule is possible. Travel to Hanover, NH 2-3 times per year for in-person Admissions Committee meetings is required. We are ideally seeking candidates who can work primarily remotely from a state in the northeast region or mid-Atlantic region to be within reasonable travel distance for on-site committee meetings. |

* Provides feedback and guidance to waitlisted and unsuccessful applicants, interviews applicants, responds to applicant and admitted students' questions, and assists in activities associated with achieving admissions and enrollment priorities. (20%)
