| Position Purpose |
Manage, coordinate and execute the objectives of the Sensory Technology Cluster. Ensure smooth operations, collaborations, and reports within the cluster under the guidance of the Cluster Head for clinical trials, research, event and publications. |

- BS in a relevant field with 5-8 years experience (e.g., Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, Business Administration) with understanding of healthcare research processes.
- Experience in managing clinical trial operations or administrative support in research settings.
- Experience in budget management and P&L oversight.
- Ability to communicate effectively with researchers, administrative teams, and vendors.
- Understanding of research trends in healthcare, sensory technologies, and software development.
- Experience in organizing events or coordinating publications
- Ability to develop communication materials such as reports and outreach content.
- Experience in technical development or vendor management for software and wearable systems.

| Description |
Clinical Trials Design and Execution
- Plan and run clinical studies from protocol to closeout.
- Lead IRB submissions and continuing reviews.
- Stand up data capture and case report forms.
- Activate sites, track enrollment and visit schedules.
- Chair weekly operations until all milestones are met.

- Run day to day lab operations.

- Lead daily stand up meetings
- Set priorities, assign people and equipment, and coordinate timelines across faculty, trainees, and staff.

- Maintain a rolling calendar of funding calls.
- Help to route and assemble complete proposal packages with investigators and finance
- Manage submissions and reporting
- Coordinate manuscripts from outline to journal submission with figures, data statements, and responses to reviewers.
