PRIMARY FUNCTION: The plays a critical role within the health system's revenue cycle operations by ensuring accurate and timely coordination of administrative tasks. This position supports various revenue cycle functions, including managing incoming and outgoing mail, scanning and indexing documents, and maintaining organized and efficient workflows. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. This position is vital in ensuring the seamless operation of the health system's revenue cycle, contributing to various departments' business needs and how they receive key information. This is a full-time, in-office position. Remote or hybrid schedule is not available due to onsite business needs. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
