Day Shift: 8 AM-5 PM | Monday-Friday

Here's what it takes to make yours count.

• Bachelor's degree required
• Active California Life & Health Insurance License required
• 5+ years of experience in employee benefits, preferably within a consulting or brokerage environment
• Strong knowledge of group benefits (25+ lives), including medical, pharmacy (Rx), and ancillary products
• Solid understanding of current employee benefits regulations and compliance standards
• Ability to translate complex benefits information into clear, actionable insights for clients
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with strong presentation skills
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, both in-person and virtual (webinars/meetings)
• Strong client relationship-building skills with a consultative mindset
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to managing responsibilities
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and address issues early
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset while remaining confident in professional judgment

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with strong potential for early conversion for the right person. At the client's discretion, the role may remain on our payroll for the first 3-4 weeks-giving you a supported start and the momentum to hit the ground running.
