Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

Shift:Monday - Friday | 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Update incoming truck schedules to reflect changes and additions
• Reconcile inbound freight Bills of Lading with internal receiving documentation
• Request return authorization numbers for damaged or leaked products and tag pallets for return
• Request correction order numbers for inbound freight discrepancies
• Maintain trucking logs and track scheduled versus actual deliveries
• Enter route damages, warehouse damages, and repacks into the VIP system
• Update CHEP pallet tracking logs and website records
• Submit daily WisPak orders in OrderStream when needed
• Maintain accurate warehouse records and documentation
• Perform additional clerical and warehouse support duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to read and write effectively
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Basic math skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately under time constraints
• Strong organizational and recordkeeping abilities
• Ability to work scheduled days and hours as assigned
