Overview Due to growth, we are adding a Sr. Manager, Strategic Growth & Proposal Performanceto our team. The Sr. Manager, Strategic Growth & Proposal Performance will manage the strategic growth and management of proposals for Lumicera. This includes managing proposal processes, optimizing performance across RFP responses, and partnering with Sales and cross-functional teams to enhance win rates and competitive positioning. The Sr. Manager will participate in the analysis and discernment of Request for Proposal (RFP) opportunities to help Lumicera optimize resource allocation in response to requests for proposal. This role will also support the ongoing development and enhancement of manufacturer relationships and pricing strategies, including identifying opportunities to expand access, improve discounting, and strengthen overall value delivery.
