Are you a hands-on IT professional who enjoys solving technical challenges and supporting end users? We're seeking a Technical Support Analyst to provide on-site IT support within a fast-paced R&D environment. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience with a leading manufacturing organization while making an immediate impact on daily operations.

What You'll Do
  • Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, hardware, software, and workplace technology.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with laptops, docking stations, monitors, and peripherals.
  • Manage and respond to help desk tickets using Jira and ServiceNow.
  • Support Windows 11, MacOS, Microsoft 365, iPhone, and Android devices.
  • Assist with printer support, conference room technology, and AV equipment.
  • Maintain hardware inventory and equipment assignments.
  • Serve as the primary on-site IT resource for employees and office operations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and technical support to end users.
Job Requirements

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on IT support or technical support experience.
  • Experience troubleshooting Windows, networking, Microsoft Office 365, MacOS, iPhone, and Android devices.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams and leadership.

Preferred:

  • Experience using Jira and ServiceNow ticketing systems.
  • Experience supporting conference room and AV technology.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or corporate office environment.
