Purpose of the RoleYou will be responsible for directing a large group of foremen and craft personnel within the piping discipline, ensuring your workforce has the leadership, resources, and direction needed to deliver work safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You will plan and sequence piping activities, allocate manpower strategically, and maintain the rhythm of construction so crews remain aligned, supported, and productive. This role plays a critical part in driving safe execution, maintaining schedule integrity, and ensuring piping systems are installed, tested, and turned over in accordance with project specifications.
