Part-Time Assistant Softball Coach - Ocala, FL

MAJOR RESPONSABILITY:

Assistant Softball Pitching Coach to help our pitchers reach their full potential. You'll work closely with the Head Coach to develop mechanics, strategies, and mental toughness, while fostering a positive, winning team culture.

PREREQUISITES FOR POSITION (Qualification Standards):

1. Education or training: Bachelor's degree required.

1. Years of Experience in the field: Experience as a pitcher or pitching coach at high school, college, or competitive level. Strong knowledge of softball pitching techniques and training.
2. Special skills or abilities related to the position: Excellent communication and motivational skills. Ability to participate actively in practices and games. Understanding of NJCAA rules and regulation.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Coach pitchers on mechanics, accuracy, velocity, and pitch variety
• Develop game plans and strategies for opposing hitters
• Track performance and provide constructive feedback
• Support team practices, games, and overall player development
• Collaborate with coaches on recruiting and program growth
