Where You'll Make a Difference

  • Prepare process-based flavor batches using shop floor papers in accordance with production schedules

  • Operate spray dryers and related equipment while monitoring and analyzing process data

  • Utilize analytical lab equipment including particle size analyzers, pH meters, and Ro-Tap systems

  • Ensure accurate packaging, labeling, and verification of materials against customer orders in ZFIS

  • Perform timely backflushing of materials to maintain inventory accuracy

  • Operate sit-down, reach, electric, and/or gas-powered forklifts as required

  • Maintain strict adherence to GMP, HACCP, sanitation, and food safety standards

  • Support cross-training initiatives and contribute to team flexibility

  • Work independently on off-shifts while responding effectively to unexpected situations

What Makes You the Right Fit

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Experience working in a process manufacturing environment

  • Forklift or industrial truck certification

  • Basic math proficiency with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Working knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, and sanitation requirements

  • Familiarity with inventory control processes and documentation

  • Ability to push/pull up to 400 lb drums and lift 50 lb bags safely

  • Comfortable working 2nd, 3rd, or swing shifts with flexibility for overtime

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality

How Would You Stand Out?

  • Experience using SAP in a manufacturing or inventory environment

  • Background handling food-grade or regulated products

  • Mechanical aptitude and basic hand tool knowledge
