Job Summary

The Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting operational processes, analyzing program data, and driving process improvements for a residential managed charging program. This role combines day-to-day operational execution with opportunities to identify, develop, and implement scalable process enhancements, including automation and AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large datasets while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and support program growth.

Job Responsibilities



  • Execute and support operational processes, including eligibility verification, invoice review and reconciliation, data validation, inquiry management, and program administration activities.
  • Monitor and maintain program records to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with established procedures.
  • Support the implementation, launch, and scaling of new program initiatives and operational workflows.
  • Conduct customer outreach through phone and email communications for enrollment follow-up, data verification, dispute resolution, and other program-related matters.
  • Investigate and resolve data discrepancies and operational issues to maintain data integrity across systems.
  • Analyze operational data and identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and improve repetitive processes through technology and data-driven solutions.
  • Partner with technical and product teams to support automation initiatives, including AI-enabled process improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to define data requirements and resolve data quality issues.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and analyses to support operational decision-making and program performance monitoring.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and customer experience.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.


Job Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations, analytics, consulting, technology, energy, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
  • Proficiency with Python or similar data analysis tools.
  • Experience using data visualization platforms such as Power BI.
  • Experience working with large datasets and performing data cleansing, validation, and analysis.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Comfortable learning and adopting new technologies and business processes.


Education



  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required.


Work Experience



  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in operations, analytics, consulting, technology, energy, program management, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting operational processes, data analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Experience working with customer-facing communications and stakeholder collaboration preferred.
