Job Title: Practice Coordinator 2

Location(s): San Mateo, CA

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Duration:

• Immediate start for an initial 4-week assignment, expected to be extended for an additional 3 months

Potential for Permanent Hire:

• Yes, depending on staffing needs and leave coverage status

Key Responsibilities:

• Check in patients and manage front-desk operations
• Schedule follow-up appointments
• Make patient reminder calls
• Perform administrative tasks such as printing, faxing, and document handling
• Provide excellent customer service and support to patients and clinic staff

Required Skills:

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Friendly and professional demeanor
• Effective problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage a busy clinic environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience using APeX/Epic preferred
• Candidates with APeX training are strongly preferred due to limited training capacity

Clinic Volume:

• Approximately 80-100 patients per day

Additional Information:

• Candidate will remain at the same clinic location throughout the assignment.
