KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Project/Program Management to join our Digital Nexus team.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for managing one or more large, complex, and strategic technology programs or a portfolio of projects and is a hands-on leader who ensures that key technology initiatives are delivered successfully; accountable for all aspects of the program lifecycle, from planning and execution to stakeholder communication and financial management, while also providing leadership and mentorship to project teams
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale, complex technology programs or a portfolio of projects, ensuring they meet business objectives.
  • Perform as the primary point of contact for senior business and IT stakeholders; manage expectations and provide regular, clear updates on program status, risks, and financials
  • Oversee the budget for assigned programs/projects, including forecasting, tracking actuals, and managing variances to ensure financial health
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program-level risks, issues, and cross-project dependencies to prevent roadblocks; ensure that all assigned projects and programs adhere to the firm's established project management methodologies and the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) framework
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
  • Minimum eight years of recent experience in managing large, complex, and cross-functional technology projects, and programs
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required; PMP certification is highly preferred
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and lead large, multi-disciplinary teams
  • Expert knowledge of project management tools and methodologies, including Agile/Scrum
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi-million-dollar project budgets
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills with the ability to influence senior-level stakeholders
