Summary
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and recruitment plans to meet the needs of the enrollment goals for the Medical Scientist Training Program (MSTP) at the Medical College of Wisconsin. Coordinate interview appointments and on-campus visits with prospective students and provide institutional and programmatic information throughout the application process. Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with undergraduate colleges and universities, the community, and representing the institution at events such as graduate and professional school recruitment fairs, campus visits, open houses, and information sessions. Work with MSTP staff and leadership to coordinate overall program operations, including NIH MSTP T32 documentation and management, and organizational support for student training activities. Work requires handling light to average weight materials or equipment with no special speed or exertion. Work EnvironmentTypical working conditions found in most administrative work areas with some slightly disagreeable features. Sensory AcuityAbility to detect and translate speech or other communication required. May occasionally require the ability to distinguish colors and perceive relative distances between objects.
