Your Job

As a Quality Technician at Molex TempFlex, you will play a key role in ensuring products manufactured at our South Grafton facility meet all internal quality standards and external customer requirements. You will support production through inprocess audits, inspections, training, and nonconformance management while driving continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

Our Team

Molex TempFlex designs and manufactures highperformance wire and cable solutions used in demanding applications across multiple industries. Our team is focused on operational excellence, quality, and collaboration, working closely across Quality, Production, and Engineering to deliver reliable products that meet customer expectations.

What You Will Do

  • Conduct and document production inline and process audits.
  • Communicate audit results to Production and Quality leadership and support corrective action implementation.
  • Support training for production operators when processes or procedures change; partner with Engineering to document and standardize processes.
  • Perform physical and electrical inspections on finished goods to verify compliance with specifications.
  • Audit production job packets and process guides to ensure complete and accurate documentation is available to operators.
  • Manage the Stop Tag area for nonconforming material, including SAP transactions to contain, scrap, or release material.
  • Lead daily Material Review Board (MRB) meetings to support disposition decisions and assign investigations.
  • Create Quality Notifications (QNs) to document nonconformances and train operators on proper QN creation.
  • Support Gage R&R studies in production areas as needed.
  • Recommend process and production improvements based on audit and inspection data.
  • Perform random dock audits on finished goods to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
  • Assist with creating, controlling, and maintaining Quality Management System (QMS) documentation in SAP, including deviations, work instructions, procedures, and forms.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Two (2) years or more experience in a quality manufacturing environment.
  • Experience conducting inprocess or production audits.
  • Experience using handheld measuring equipment such as micrometers and calipers.
  • Experience with basic computer applications

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Certified Internal Auditor or Lead Internal Auditor certification.
  • Wire and cable manufacturing experience.
  • Experience using SAP or another MRP system.

For this role, we anticipate paying $25 - $30 per hour. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
