Trimble is looking for a transformative Senior Product Manager to lead the modernization of our protection plan buying journey and post-sale support systems, directly impacting our global network. This high-impact role gives you the opportunity to leverage AI and state-of-the-art platforms to turn complex backend workflows into a seamless, intuitive experience for our partners.

What Makes This Role Great

In this role, you will be the strategic architect behind modernizing Trimble's dealer portal and post-sale ecosystem, directly influencing digital transformation across our global Field Systems division. You will have a unique seat at the table to design end-to-end dealer journeys, integrate AI into support workflows, and shape the long-term lifecycle strategy for essential B2B software and hardware solutions.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the end-to-end strategy and modernization of the global dealer portal to optimize protection plan procurement, device registration, and renewals.

  • Champion the integration of advanced AI technologies across post-sale support and service process flows to ensure a scalable, future-ready ecosystem.

  • Partner with UX designers to validate intuitive dealer buying journeys while bridging collaboration between engineering, business systems, and Global Services.

  • Formulate and execute a prioritized product roadmap that aligns with global channel strategies to unlock new upsell and cross-sell revenue opportunities.

  • Align complex parallel initiatives across global engineering teams and corporate stakeholders within an efficient Agile development framework.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • You possess 5+ years of technical product management experience successfully launching impactful B2B software products or platforms.

  • You have a deep understanding of hardware or software warranties, protection plans, or subscription-based service models.

  • You bring strong expertise in business systems and a proven ability to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.

  • You are a collaborative influencer skilled at aligning cross-functional global teams and senior leadership without formal authority.

  • You have solid experience driving results within an Agile or SAFe development environment.

Bonus Points For

  • Background working with warranty management, device registration portals, or complex channel sales and dealer networks.

  • Experience managing product delivery with geographically distributed engineering teams.

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.

Compensation: Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
