Your responsibilities will include:



  • Responsible for sales and service to our customers within the region; and for the generation of revenue and gross profit for the company according to the quota asdeterminedand assigned to the region.





  • Being responsible forthe daily supervision and development of the field salesforce;thisincludesField Clinical Representatives, Territory Managers, and/or Field Marketing Specialists.





  • Responsible for attainment ofsales objectivesand increasing market share according to the quota set for your region. Ensure thatregion'ssales and marketingobjectivesare met, that eachsalespersonprovides in-depth service to customersin accordance withmarketing programs, and to achieve quota.





  • Responsible for creating, sustaining, and growing relationships with key health care providers.





  • Communicate regularly with staff, other regionaldirectorsand senior managementregardingcompetitive activities and changes in the marketplace.





  • Prepare sales forecasts.





  • Oversee travel and expenses for regional salesteam.





  • Responsible for the hiring, development, and replacement of salespeople with the goal ofmaintainingthe highest standards of the sales department, service, and professionalism.Draftsperformance &developmentcoaching(PDC)and performs mid-year and annual PDC reviews with team members.





  • Facilitate regional and national training as needed. Supports facilitation of CORE training, advanced clinical and Sales Training and Emerging Leaders training. Facilitates and/or supports surgeon workshops using knowledge of current surgical techniques.





  • Conduct regular field rides and providestimelyfeedback and coaching.





  • Conduct regular business reviews with regional team members.





  • Responsible for carrying out company policy with sincerity and integrity. Oversee that company policy is followed by the sales department.




MinimumQualifications:



  • Bachelor'sDegree





  • 5 years'experience in aggressive commission sales role.





  • Must be available to be on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days perweek.





  • Excellent written and verbal communication.





  • 2years' experiencein a sales leadership role.

The anticipated annualized base amount or range for this full time position will be $140,000plus variable compensation governed by the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (which includes certain annual non-discretionary incentives based on predetermined objectives) as well as the value of core and optional benefits offered at BSC, which can be reviewed at www.bscbenefitsconnect.com. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs.
