We are actively recruiting for a Program Manager witha current TS/SCI w/ Poly to support our Network Solutions Division, based in Northern Virgnina. Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree (or 10+ years IC experience in lieu) TS/SCI with poly Minimum 10 years program management (IT contracts), incl. 5+ years managing multi-project programs Managed $20M+ in contracts Managed 3+ concurrent IT projects totaling 25+ FTE and 5+ subs/vendors Maintained 95% compliance with contract SLAs/KPIs; delivered 85% of contract deliverables on schedule Desired Skills and Experience: PMP certification Experience with complex federal IT programs Leadership in industry best practices Strong innovation/change management SALARY TRANSPARANCY There are many factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
