Description Calling all Esteemed Leaders! Are you a pharmacy leader with deep expertise in 340B program management, compliance, and optimization? Do you excel at navigating complex regulatory environments while ensuring operational integrity and financial performance? This leadership opportunity invites your expertise. The Role: *Must reside in the state of California. Some travel may be required. The Director Pharmacy 340B Program PSJH oversees all aspects of the California Region 340B program, including compliance, program expansion, and financial reporting. Provides operational accountability, management, and process development of the 340B program to ensure optimal operational performance in compliance with legal, regulatory, and financial standards. Performs ongoing analysis and audits of the program and data validation to ensure accurate and optimal performance. Manages drug manufacturer accounts and ensures proper inventory flow related to the program. Manages staff related to the program and coordinates operational efforts from supporting departments. Participates in development and rollout of the Specialty Pharmacy network. The 340B Program Director works with the qualified 340B ministries in the region to optimize purchasing for medications from the 340B program. What You'll Do: 340B Program Operations and Compliance

The full pay range is listed in accordance with applicable law. Final compensation will be determined based on qualifications, experience, organizational compensation alignment, and the approved hiring department budget for the position. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation and benefits. Therefore, leaders applying for this role will be required to work a hybrid schedule, which consists of three days onsite, two days remote and live within a reasonable commuting distance to the ministry or service area they support and lead. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
