Howyou willmake history here... The Executive Assistant to the CEO provides high-level support to the Chief Executive Officer. This role requires the prudent exercise of independent judgment and discretion and requires a deep understanding of organizational priorities. The Executive Assistant acts as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, manages sensitive information, and ensures the CEO's office operates efficiently and effectively. The incumbent is expected to multi-task with competing priorities and work independently to triage and flex how to accomplish all required work and daily expectations on time while managing the day-to-day for the CEO. Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $106,400-$153,000Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
