REMOTE • CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES Continuous Improvement • Enterprise Facilitation • Influence without Authority Are you a systems thinker who enjoys continuous improvement and helping organizations operate with greater clarity and consistency? We are looking for a Strategy Execution Lead to serve as a key senior individual contributor who works closely with executive sponsors to enable NCG to execute complex, cross functional initiatives effectively. Come join National Co+op Grocers’ (NCG) collective movement towards a just, resilient and regenerative food system that is accessible for all! Model enterprise‑level facilitation practices grounded in clarity, inclusion, and shared accountability. · Analyze qualitative and quantitative indicators of program health and process performance to continuously improve systems, workflows, and operating rhythms. · Serve as a trusted thought partner to senior leaders, and cross‑functional teams. · Influence adoption of improved practices through partnership, credibility, and expertise.
