Recruiter - Contractor

Title: Recruiter

Duration: 06 Months Contract + Possibility of Extension/FTE

Location: Jacksonville Florida 32256

Pay Rate: $30.00 - $32.00 hourly on W2

Roles and Responsibilities: -

Guiding calibration calls

- POC for the Line of Business

- Calibration and hiring manager touchpoints

- Managing active workload of about 100 VNDLY jobs

Must Have Technical Skills:

- VNDLY experience (or other VMS tool skills)

- Strong Excel - PowerPoint

- Heavy reporting experience

- Ability to deliver and present QBR data

Flex Skills/Nice to Have:

- Previous banking / IT recruitment experience is a plus.

Soft Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Presentation skills - Strong executive presence

Education/Certifications: HS Diploma + relevant work experience
