At CESO, the Sr Marketing Coordinator leads the development of a wide range of marketing materials, including proposals, presentations, and collateral for strategic pursuits. This position works closely with technical teams and internal stakeholders to craft compelling, customized content and ensures consistent brand execution across deliverables. The Sr Marketing Coordinator also contributes to process improvements and supports junior staff through informal mentoring.
Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage pursuit schedules from kickoff through delivery, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Lead the writing, editing, and layout of proposals, qualifications, presentations, and marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate with technical staff to gather, refine, and organize content.
  • Plan, implement, and manage the company's social media content calendar.
  • Coordinate internal and external events such as open houses and tradeshows.
  • Lead and analyze market research.
  • Assist with internal tools, templates, and process improvements.
  • Support mentoring of team members.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is required; Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience is required.
  • Computer skills necessary to enter daily timesheet data and use Microsoft Outlook for email correspondence.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Time management and communication skills.
  • Strong written and verbal skills and the ability to draft as well as edit documents such as e-campaigns, proposals, case studies, presentations, and resumes.

Actual pay is determined by several factors, including location, experience, education, skills, and internal equity. Our pay structures are benchmarked against industry and market data to stay competitive. Each offer is based on a full review of a candidate's background, qualifications, and fit for the role.
