Spirit of the Position: The Event Parking Ambassador is the front-line team member responsible for greeting, engaging, and assisting guests attending Summit FC events. This position focuses heavily on customer service, guest support, and helping direct customers through the parking/payment process. The Event Parking Ambassador will assist guests in parking areas, answer basic questions, direct guests to QR codes for payment, and help customers navigate the mobile payment process when needed. This role requires professionalism, strong communication skills, reliability, and comfort assisting guests with basic technology. Why LAZ? Competitive Pay/Wages: 15.16/hour; non-tipped Location: Centennial, Colorado Schedule: Part-time, event-based schedule. Must be available for Summit FC scheduled event dates. Principle Job Duties:
Meet and greet each customer with courtesy and excellent customer service.
Assist guests entering and exiting Summit FC parking areas.
Direct guests to QR codes for parking payment.
Help customers navigate the mobile payment process when needed.
Provide clear directions and basic event/parking information to guests.
Maintain a positive, professional, and helpful presence throughout the shift.
Understand the surrounding parking areas in order to answer guest questions.
Communicate with management, supervisors, and traffic directors as needed.
Monitor parking areas and assist with guest flow during arrival and departure times.
Answer customer service questions courteously, professionally, and effectively.
Refer questions or concerns to a supervisor when needed.
Demonstrate a sense of urgency and timeliness.
Demonstrate the ability to seek improvement.
Field additional duties if they are assigned.
Requirements:
Ability to read, write, and speak English.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedule.
Ability to work all required Summit FC event dates.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Comfortable assisting guests with QR codes, mobile payment, or basic technology-related questions.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
Ability to bend at the knees or squat frequently throughout a shift.
Willingness to work outdoors in inclement weather, including rain, heat, wind, or cold temperatures.
Must be reliable and punctual for scheduled events
