Description

The Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining the Wurth Industry brand identity, ensuring it aligns with the company's goals, mission, and vision. This role includes creating strategic marketing campaigns, managing brand consistency across various channels, and building strong brand recognition in the United States. This position maintains productive, collaborative relationships with marketing professionals throughout the Wurth Industry organization and global Wurth companies, and partners with colleagues from other departments to achieve shared goals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

*Develop define and execute brand strategies to improve customer engagement, retention, and loyalty, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

*Plan, develop, and oversee marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

*Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities, using insights to enhance brand positioning and messaging.

*Measure performance tracking and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns to optimize marketing strategies and adjust as necessary.

*Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging content, including visual materials, social media content, and website updates.

*Ensure brand consistency across all communications, maintaining guidelines and overseeing all branded materials.

*All other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & ABILITIES

*Bachelor's degree in marketing, or related field

*5+ years of experience in relevant experience.

*Confident in producing work across multiple platforms

*Proven experience in brand management or a related marketing role.

*Strong interpersonal, leadership, and teambuilding skills

*Ability to create innovative solutions and initiatives
