The Optum Technology Consumer Engineering organization is transforming how millions of people experience healthcare. As part of Optum's Chief Digital Office (CDO), we deliver digital first, personalized experiences that help consumers find, access, and navigate care-leveraging modern cloud platforms, data, AI, and conversational technologies at national scale. Serving UnitedHealth Group's digital technology needs, the CDO organization supports experiences used by more than 30 million UnitedHealthcare members. Our mission is to radically improve how consumers and providers engage with the healthcare system by delivering intuitive, personalized, and trustworthy digital experiences across the healthcare journey. Lead Technical Product Managers within the CDO own the definition and delivery of complex, cross team digital experiences that are critical to Optum's consumer strategy. In this role, you will partner closely with business product managers, UX designers, engineers, architects, and fellow technical product managers to translate business priorities and user insights into well defined, outcome driven member experiences. As a senior individual contributor, you will lead execution across multiple teams and systems, operate with a high degree of autonomy, and mentor other technical product managers. You will also champion AI accelerated product development and responsibly integrate AI into consumer experiences to improve speed, quality, and member outcomes. You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week. The salary for this role will range from $112,700 to $193,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
