Job Description What is the opportunity? RBC Global Asset Management (RBC GAM) is currently in search of an exceptional professional to join our team as a generative AI Enablement Analyst. This unique role will sit at the intersection of artificial intelligence and user support, focusing on driving adoption of our in-house Generative AI solution across various departments within RBC GAM. In this role you will have the opportunity to gain invaluable cross-departmental exposure while helping to shape the future of AI implementation in our asset management business. This role is at the heart of RBC GAM's AI transformation. Working collaboratively with a global team of AI Adoption Support Analysts, you will build organizational capability, foster AI fluency, and unlock the full potential of Gen AI across the firm. The expected salary range for this particular position is $60,500-$104,500, depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs. You have the potential to earn more through RBC's discretionary variable compensation program which gives you an opportunity to increase your total compensation, provided the business meets its performance targets and you meet your individual goals.
