In this pivotal role, you will profoundly impact our workforce by developing cutting-edge training, blending interaction design, user experience, graphic design, game design, and video with educational and instructional design principles. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and implement critical learning solutions, supporting global initiatives to upskill and reskill the workforce.

* Identify and integrate innovative approaches in training development, combining various design fields (interaction, UX, graphic, game, video) with educational and instructional design.

* Evaluate, summarize, and develop key learning metrics to assess program effectiveness and impact.

* Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze learning needs, define objectives, and ensure learning interventions meet customer expectations.

* Design and maintain end-to-end learning experiences, including mechanisms for feedback, evaluation, and continuous improvement.

* Plan, design, develop, implement, and evaluate human-centered, learner-focused experiences for employees, leveraging diverse online learning platforms.

* Provide subject matter expertise in instructional design theory, training implementation, and effective learning strategies.

* Manage learning projects from inception to deployment, adhering to established standards for needs assessment, chartering, scoping, performance consulting, and testing.

* Author and modify Web-based, Virtual Classroom, and Instructor-led training courses, incorporating engaging graphics and animations to meet quality standards.

* Oversee course administration and support, including addressing course completion inquiries and managing training facility scheduling.

* Champion project milestones, prepare status documents, presentations, and other essential project support materials.

* Cultivate a learning mindset through peer-to-peer interactions, social learning, and community-based engagement.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's Degree.

* Minimum of 3 years of experience utilizing course development tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Creative Suite, or Camtasia.

* Proven experience (3+ years) in the design and development of adult technical learning programs, encompassing both Web-based and Instructor-Led formats.

* At least 2 years of experience in Project Management.

* Demonstrated expertise in storyboarding, video scripting, recording, AI audio, video and audio editing, music selection, sound effects, and production, with examples using software like Camtasia, Premiere, or After Effects.

* Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite applications (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Word) and proficiency in SharePoint editing.

* Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.

* Adept at quickly learning and adopting new technologies, tools, and methodologies.

* Strategic thinking capabilities, including conducting needs assessments and translating business performance gaps into effective learning and development strategies (e.g., visualized demonstrations, diagrams, artistic visual aids).

* Ability to analyze and align learning and development metrics with business drivers and outcomes to achieve organizational success.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* 2+ years of experience in learning and development within a large-scale, complex industry.

* Familiarity with modern Learning Management Systems, Learning Content Management Systems, and Learning Experience Platforms.

* Experience in web and graphic design tools for developing multimedia content, including brochures, marketing flyers, and high-visibility communication materials using software like Adobe Creative Cloud.
