Our agency partner is seeking an exceptional design talent to join a dedicated project team, contributing to the visual identity and motion storytelling for leading technology brands. This is a unique opportunity to craft impactful, high-fidelity digital advertisements and campaign experiences that resonate with modern audiences and elevate brand presence.

About the Role

We are looking for a visionary "Campaign Architect" who can seamlessly translate established brand elements into premium, modern, and tech-forward digital ads, social campaigns, and Out-of-Home (OOH) experiences. This pivotal role sits at the intersection of visual design and motion storyboarding, where your elite craft will directly shape how innovative technology interfaces are presented to the world. You will not just design; you will define the aesthetic and motion language for marketing initiatives, making a tangible impact on how our client's offerings are perceived.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design high-end assets for digital OOH displays, social media advertisements, and web-based marketing experiences.
  • Create detailed, frame-by-frame storyboards for UI-focused motion, defining the "look and feel" for subsequent production by dedicated motion designers.
  • Execute pixel-perfect layouts with a strong emphasis on modern typography, vector-based graphics, and clean UI aesthetics, prioritizing slick digital ad design over photo-heavy or illustrative styles.
  • Focus on creating impactful "objects" and "campaigns" rather than developing identity systems or long-form documentation.

Required Skills & Experience

  • A portfolio demonstrating elite visual craft with a clean, sophisticated, and minimal aesthetic, specifically showcasing digital ad design.
  • Proven capability in UI Motion, illustrating how a product's interface moves within a marketing context, distinct from character animation or slow-moving video spots.
  • Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced digital production or creative agency environment.
  • Expertise in working with technology brands, with a strong ability to make software interfaces visually compelling in marketing materials.
  • Expert proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator and Photoshop).
  • An understanding of After Effects logic is required for successful motion storyboarding.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • While not the primary focus, a background in illustration can be a valuable asset.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $80.00 to $90.00. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
