Pay Rate: $52.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through proper channels.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the building, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access activity and verify credentials, deliveries, and/or visitor movement in accordance with site protocols for a financial services environment.
• Support cash handling, opening and closing activities, and/or other sensitive operational periods by maintaining a professional presence and following post orders and response procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Possess a concealed carry weapons permit.
• Client requires proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Have at least 5 years of security-related experience.
• Have 4 or more years of military or law enforcement experience or a criminal justice degree.
• Have 5 years of industrial security-related experience or 2 years of military, law enforcement, emergency medical technician, or fire department service experience.
• Possess a law enforcement officer license.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
