As a Armed Security Officer Patrol Driver in Albuquerque, NM, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Armed Patrol Officer at a government location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and respond to situations with professionalism and integrity. This is an armed and driving post, offering the opportunity to support people first through strong communication, dependable service, and teamwork in a dynamic environment.

Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service at a government location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or local authorities as needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and/or authorizations, and report suspicious behavior, prohibited items, and/or policy violations in accordance with site procedures.
• Prepare clear reports of patrol activity, incidents, and/or observed conditions, and support ordered post activities during routine operations, emergencies, and/or special events.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
