Title: Senior Partner Enablement Manager Location: Singapore (contracted via Employer of Record) or Australia (Remote) Experience: Mid Level Job Function: Professional Services Employment Type: Full-Time Industry: Computer & Network Security Travel Requirements: <25% About the position The Career-Level Partner Enablement Manager collaborates on implementing strategic initiatives for our advanced partner ecosystem, ensuring key regional partners have the tools, training, and resources needed for successful product or service delivery. The position is based in Singapore and will be contracted through our Employer of Record. Applicants must hold valid Right to Work in Singapore. Job Responsibilities Deliver partner trainings of Keyfactor solutions, services, and best practices. Collaborate on the design and delivery of training programs to educate partners about our products, services, positioning, competitive advantages, etc. Collaborate on the creation and curation of training content, including presentations, webinars, and product guides, tailored to different partner segments. Collaborate in defining and tracking key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of partner enablement programs. Provide regular reports and insights to management regarding partner performance and the impact of enablement initiatives. Build strong relationships with advanced regional partners, and act as a primary point of contact and technical champion for partner inquiries and issues. Provide ongoing support to partners, address technical questions, and help them overcome any obstacles. Navigate the transition of projects from partner delivery to Keyfactor Support/Customer Success Teams in a steady state handoff. Act as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, concerns, and escalations, addressing their needs promptly and effectively. Validate business goals are defined and attained. Reduce the time to value through structured project playbooks. Collaborate with the sales and global service teams to ensure that partners have the necessary resources to effectively scope and deliver Keyfactor projects. Participate in cross-functional meetings to align on business priorities and ensure consistent messaging to partners. Minimum Qualifications, Education, and Skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent experience. Comprehensive understanding of IT frameworks and standards. In-depth knowledge of company operations, industry regulations, and advanced methodologies. Ability to analyze complex issues and contribute to strategic initiatives. Experience in large enterprise IT environments (via services delivery, consulting, or technical sales enablement). Strong consultation skills with customers, partners, and other external stakeholders. Moderate proficiency with Windows Server operating systems. Understanding of core networking and infrastructure fundamentals. Moderate technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Effective time management and prioritization skills with the most complex partner deployments. Moderate knowledge of Active Directory Certificate Services and Active Directory Federation Services. Proficiency with Unix/Linux. Moderate scripting development using various Microsoft tools (SQL, Powershell, etc.). Willingness to learn new product stacks, technologies, and APIs as needed. Competency with Microsoft 365. Knowledge of Kerberos protocol - OAuth authentication. Knowledge of EJBCA product stack. Ability to lead small projects, innovate within the role, and provide training to peers. #LI-NA1 Compensation Salary will be commensurate with experience.
