Job Title: Quality Analyst - Shipping Support

Duration: 6 Months (Contract to hire)

Location: Whiteland, IN 46184

Pay Rate: $28.00 - $29.15 hourly on W2

JOB SUMMARY

Job Summary:
Core Responsibilities:
* Support onsite team by collaborating with the 3PL employees and internal customers related to shipping discrepancy claims.
* Investigate shipment discrepancies, determine root causes, and implement preventive measures to ensure ongoing quality and compliance.
* Support customer claims process and co-ordinate between shipping office and claims analyst team.
* Actively support the Quality team with additional activities as needed to meet quality targets and drive continuous improvement.
* Support oversight and administration of the returnable container program on behalf.
* Ability to occasionally lift up to 35 lb. as required to support operational activities.
* Work is performed in both office and warehouse environments and may require walking and standing on the shop floor within a large warehouse environment.

* Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
* Strong computer skills and data analysis skills.
* Demonstrated experience with data entry, report generation, and office productivity tools (e.g., MS Excel, PowerPoint, databases).
* Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
* Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders with a collaborative mindset.
* Ability to explain complex topics clearly to diverse audiences.
