Management Analyst (Mid-Level) - Military HR Support

Description of specific duties in a typical workday for this position:

The Management Analyst (Mid-Level) provides direct support to military human resources operations within a MEDCOM environment. This role is focused on executing and supporting day-to-day HR actions, preparing official documentation, and working within Army systems to ensure personnel actions are processed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities include preparing and processing HR forms and memorandums, tracking and managing tasks through enterprise systems, and supporting personnel-related administrative actions. The individual will work across multiple Army platforms, including Microsoft SharePoint, ETMS2, CPOL, and DTMS, to maintain records, track actions, and ensure compliance with Army policies and procedures.

The role also supports coordination of personnel actions, assists with audits and inspections, and helps ensure proper handling of sensitive information. This position is less focused on high-level strategy and more centered on execution, accuracy, and familiarity with Army HR processes and systems.

Requirements (Years of experience, Education, Certifications):



  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably within a DoD or Army environment
  • Experience preparing and processing forms, memorandums, and official HR documentation
  • Working knowledge of Army HR systems and tools, including:


    • Microsoft SharePoint
    • Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2)
    • Army Civilian Personnel Online (CPOL)
    • Digital Training Management System (DTMS)


  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, process-driven environment
  • Active Secret Clearance



Nice to Have (skills that are not required, but nice to have):



  • Experience supporting MEDCOM or Army medical units
  • Familiarity with military personnel policies and procedures
  • Experience supporting audits, inspections, or compliance reviews
  • Exposure to process improvement or workflow optimization efforts



This is a full-time position paying a base salary of $75,000 with full benefits, and has possible bonus potential based on merit and performance. To be considered for this position, please apply online with a resume.
