JOB DESCRIPTION Make your mark for patients We are looking for a Patient Analytics Lead who is analytical, strategic, and collaborative to join us in our Business Analytics team, based in our Atlanta office in Georgia, USA. This hybrid role (40% onsite presence required) requires up to 10% domestic and international travel.
You will act as a trusted analytics partner, delivering patient insights that inform decisions across patient services and specialty pharmacy programs. Working at the intersection of data, strategy, and execution, you will translate complex patient information into clear insights that drive meaningful action. Your work will improve understanding of the patient journey, program effectiveness, and operational performance, while supporting leadership decision-making.
You will be working in a team that collaborates closely with commercial leadership, market access, patient services, specialty pharmacy partners, data operations, and technology teams. Together, you will shape how patient insights are used to improve experiences, optimize programs, and support business priorities. You will also lead external analytics partners and vendors to deliver high-quality solutions.
