We are hiringBusiness Manager for the WorldwideISD Delivery Excellenceorganization. This is a critical rolepartnering withvarious ISD leaders,theirteams,and the Areas,toestablishand drive alignment on key priorities and initiatives.This role is accountable for several critical functions includingtheStrategy,PlanningandBusinessPerformance,theRhythm ofBusiness(ROB)and Operational & Financial Excellence,andthe People and cultureagendaforthis globalteam.



Responsibilities

The candidate should have strong analytical/problem solving skills,demonstratedsuccess in driving complex strategies and projects, excellent ability to drive cross-organizational relationships,an ability to lead through influence,proven project management skills and be a motivated self-starter.As wearetransformingISDasan AI-firstconsultingorganization,theroleprovidestheuniqueopportunitytoshapeandenablethefuture ofExcellence functions,andtheirimpactsonourcustomers,partnersand people.

Business Strategy

  • Lead the development and execution of strategic plans for Industry Solutions Delivery (ISD)Delivery Excellence, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and driving critical business outcomes

  • Orchestrate cross-functional strategy planning,partnershipsand implementation, advising senior leadersacross ISDto accelerateorganizationaltransformation

Headcount & Organizational Operations

  • Partner with HR, finance, andhiring managersto manageheadcount and organizationalchanges, including new hires, backfills, and attrition, ensuring alignment with approved budgets

  • Lead headcount tracking and reporting,maintainingup-to-date records of current and planned headcount across teams

Financial Planning & Budget Management

  • Own and manage the organization's budget planning and forecasting processes, partnering with finance to ensure accuracy and alignment with business goals

  • Monitor budget performance on an ongoing basis, tracking actuals vs. plan and flagging variances with actionable recommendations

Business Operations

  • Serve as a resourceful problem-solver across diverse business functions, removing obstacles and handling day-to-day operational issueson behalf of the Copilot team

Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 6+years experiencein program management, process management, or process improvement

    • OR equivalent experience.

Additionalor preferred qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 8+years experiencein program management, process management, or process improvement

    • ORBachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 12+years experiencein program management, process management, or process improvement

    • OR equivalent experience.

Business Program Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,900 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $148,400 - $222,600 per year.
