The Production Control Coordinator serves as the liaison between planning and operations. Focuses on efficient movement of production materials and product from receipt to packing.

Position Responsibilities:
* Tracks and notifies the operations team on the priority of any HOT (critical, time essential) assemblies throughout the entire build/test/inspect/pack process and work with the project team on any actions that are required for problem resolution.
* Maintains white board shortages (Hard Shortages), monitors daily to see if purchase parts are received through Receiving Inspection (RI) or missing lower level assemblies are complete; taking action to bring missing parts to the next level build.
* Redlines routers to incorporate changes to the work instructions or changes to the revision of the routing/assembly as a result of CCB actions as directed by the planner.
* Updates RI HOT list daily adding anything the planners have identified as HOT. Gathers information at the end of the day to be able to report on the next day which items have been completed and can be removed from the list.
* Coordinates actions with stockroom for resolution of problem inventory. Examples include communication and validation of scrap, reID, resolution of inventory in transit locations over 48 hours and actions to resolve MRB cases.
* Coordinate planning actions for engineering changes including purchase order, inventory and shop order maintenance.
* Manages tinning process including outside operations tinning and internal tinning of gold-lead components
* Reserves upcoming shop orders and prepares them for stockroom kitting
* Lead SMT production meeting for planning and operation team
* Performs other duties as assigned to drive the vision, fulfill the mission, and abide by the values of this organization.

Skills & Abilities:
* Strong problem solving skills.
* Strong numerical and analytic reasoning capability.
* Well-developed written and oral communications skills.
* Good interpersonal skills (energetic, assertive, outgoing, self-starter)
* Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, ERP systems, and databases.

Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or equivalent.
* Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a support role in a manufacturing environment.
* Experience leading a team through a project or to achieve goals
* Experience coordinating schedules between departments to expedite urgent customer need

Work Environment:
* Office Environment: Requires physical capability to work in an office environment including sit/stand up to 9 hours a day and use basic office tools such as a computer, copier/printer, etc. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
* Hours: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM Monday - Thursday; Friday 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM with additional hours as needed to meet demand. Occasional off-shift hours may also be required to provide support to operations.
* 9/80 work schedule.
* Occasional travel may be required.
* Office located in Lititz, PA.
