Main Duties & Responsibilities
JOB SUMMARY:
Works closely with the Production Planning Team and
Production to ensure the timely flow of work orders through the plant. Works
with support teams, such as Component Stores, Procurement, and Receiving to
ensure that the jobs flow in accordance with the production schedule.
Essential Duties
& Responsibilities:
Maintain data & data integrity of the operational
production plan.
Generate, update, and publish lines of balances and
customer updates as required.
Coordinate and expedite internal and outside processing
as required to meet on time delivery targets and commitments.
Working from the Production Plan/Schedule, release work
orders and coordinate the execution with Component Stores and Production Teams.
Other Planning responsibilities as assigned
Ability to multi-task and thrive under pressure in a
fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills; able
to manage simultaneously responsibilities, organize and prioritize workload
accordingly to meet deadlines.
Ability to collaborate, foster, and maintain positive
work relationships.

Qualifications

OTHER COMPETENCIES:

Language
Skills:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as work
orders, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure
manuals. Ability to write routine
reports and correspondence.

Mathematical
Skills:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure,
using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry
out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving
several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Computer
Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must
be computer literate; have knowledge of MRP, ERP, and be proficient in the use
of MS Excel, Word Processing software, and/or PowerBI experience a plus.

Education
and/or Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Two (2) years experience in Supply Chain or
Operations.

Physical
Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly
required to sit; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to
stand and walk. Specific vision abilities required by this job include color
vision.

Compensation

In compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the expected pay range for this position is $18.00 - $29.86

Compensation can vary depending on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, experience, competencies, and geographic location. Some roles may qualify for extra incentives like equity, commissions, or other variable performance-related bonuses.
