Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized, service-oriented, and proactive Community Associate to join our on-site team in Irving, Texas. This role serves as a key ambassador for the workplace experience, ensuring a seamless, engaging, and well-supported environment for employees and visitors. In addition to core front-of-house and office support responsibilities, this position plays an important role in coordinating and executing workplace programs and initiatives that enhance employee experience. The ideal candidate brings strong program management capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs while operating with a high level of professionalism and ownership. This role will also serve as a backup resource for facilities-related support as needed. Location: On-Site - Irving, Texas Key Responsibilities
