Duties include but are not limited to:



  • Assistsin the preparationof modifications/change orders, preparation of cost analysis and pre-negotiationplans, evaluation, and resolution of claims.
  • Support the development of technical scopes of work for design and construction activities.Tracking changes andupdating ofchange logs.
  • Support development of technical scope for design and construction.
  • Assistsclient asrequiredon negotiation of changes with contractor. Conduct research and review contract documents, drawings, and specifications to assess the merit of design or construction changes.
  • Assists client in preparing monthly reports
  • Prepare Rough ordermagnitude(ROM) cost estimates for changes.
  • Review contractor's T&M information and prepare draft Technical Evaluation. Coordinate work with Metro Estimation team and Contract Administration.
  • Provide general project support to the Contracts Team and other departments as needed.
  • Familiarity with documents tracking system
  • Coordinate submittals and RFIs
  • Maintain project documents
  • Assist Project Manager and Project Principle utilizing Deltek database and financial software to evaluate financial performance of projects


  • Assist Project Manager and Project Principle to analyze revenue pipeline projections and update data
  • Assist other Project Controllers in developing and maintaining project specific financial reports



Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree Preferred - Engineering, Construction Management, Business orotherrelatedfieldis desirable.
  • Up to 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred; internships, coops, or field experience in construction or contract administration are highly valued.
  • Exposure to or interest in designbuild project delivery is desirable.
  • Field experience with an understanding ofconstructionchange process is desirable.
  • Ability to review and understand Construction Plans and specificationsis desirable.



This position is located in Denver, CO. You must be able to reliably commute to our office in this location, per our hybrid working policy.

Individual pay is determined based on several factors such as work location, education, experience, and unique skills.

The expected salary for this position is $67,000 - $81500
