Position Summary We are seeking a junior to mid-level Associate with significant US equity and debt capital markets experience, including IPOs, follow-on offerings, investment-grade and debt offerings, PIPEs, ATMs and corporate governance, to join our Capital Markets practice. This role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of sophisticated domestic and cross-border equity and debt capital markets transactions, advising issuers, underwriters, investors and financial institutions on high-profile matters.
