Job Title: Seniro Administrative Assistant

Location: Hybrid (Los Angeles, CA)

Duration: 3-Month Contract

Pay Rate: $41.38/hour


Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior managers and broader teams. This role requires strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of serving as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior managers and team members
  • Manage complex calendars, including scheduling, prioritizing, and adjusting meetings based on urgency
  • Coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders, including logistics such as meeting space, visitor access, and materials
  • Prepare and distribute meeting documentation; capture and share meeting notes as needed
  • Arrange complex domestic and international travel, ensuring alignment with preferences, cost considerations, and timelines
  • Prepare and submit expense reports; track reimbursements as needed
  • Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high level of accuracy
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications (email, mail, phone), prioritizing and responding as appropriate
  • Maintain organized files, records, and databases, including sensitive or confidential information
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and enhance team efficiency
  • Order supplies, process invoices, and support general office operations as needed
  • Compile, track, and analyze data; generate reports and visual summaries (charts, graphs, tables)
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for the team, handling inquiries and routing requests appropriately
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and information flow
  • Provide backup support to other administrative staff and assist with onboarding or training as needed
  • Support special projects and perform additional duties as assigned


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative support role
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior leaders
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to identify issues and recommend solutions
  • Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools
  • Ability to perform basic data analysis and present findings clearly
