What You'll Do:
  • Assist in reviewing and validating payroll data prior to submission, including timekeeping records, deductions, bonuses, and other adjustments.
  • Audit payroll reports for accuracy and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with the vendor and internal departments.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
  • Maintain payroll documentation and records in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Support year-end processes, including W-2 review, tax filings, and audits.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to ensure seamless data flow and integration.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in the implementation and optimization of payroll systems and processes.
  • Monitor vendor performance and participate in periodic reviews and evaluations.
  • Additional Responsibilities as Assigned.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • Associate's Degree
  • 3+ years of experience with payroll systems (e.g., ADP, UKG, Paychex, etc.) and HRIS platforms.
  • 3+ years of payroll experience, preferably with outsourced payroll providers.
What Sets You Apart:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business Administration or Human Resources
  • FPC/CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification
  • Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • High level of confidentiality and attention to detail.
