APPLY TODAY What You'll Do: Assist in reviewing and validating payroll data prior to submission, including timekeeping records, deductions, bonuses, and other adjustments. Audit payroll reports for accuracy and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with the vendor and internal departments. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations. Maintain payroll documentation and records in accordance with company policies and legal requirements. Support year-end processes, including W-2 review, tax filings, and audits. Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to ensure seamless data flow and integration. Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters in a timely and professional manner. Assist in the implementation and optimization of payroll systems and processes. Monitor vendor performance and participate in periodic reviews and evaluations. Additional Responsibilities as Assigned. Job Requirements What You'll Bring: Associate's Degree 3+ years of experience with payroll systems (e.g., ADP, UKG, Paychex, etc.) and HRIS platforms. 3+ years of payroll experience, preferably with outsourced payroll providers. What Sets You Apart: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business Administration or Human Resources FPC/CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. High level of confidentiality and attention to detail.
