We are seeking an agile, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented administrative professional (job title: Administrative Support Associate (ASA)) ready to take on new challenges providing support for our fast-paced, high-impact program. You will be an integral part of our team ensuring seamless program activity execution, relying on your analytical and critical thinking skills to anticipate and respond to a variety of needs. As a critical member of the W87-1 program you will interact daily with technical partners, program managers, and ASA peers at both the Livermore and Albuquerque sites, as well as with external partners and customers. You will work collaboratively with your team to fulfill program support needs, while establishing and enhancing processes and structures that enable smooth workflow, tracking, and follow-through. On any given day, you may be called on to:
Due to the nature of the work, the selected applicant must be able to work on site in Livermore, CA, at least 50% of the time. Salary Range
$57,800 - $106,000 *Salary range is estimated, and actual salary will be determined after consideration of the selected candidate's experience and qualifications, and application of any approved geographic salary differential. Qualifications We Require

You'll be part of the Nuclear Deterrence Communications and Information Management department; a dynamic team that provides communications, technical writing, information management, and program support expertise for the W87-1 modification program. Posting Duration

If you have a Medical Portable Electronic Device (MedPED), such as a pacemaker, defibrillator, drug-releasing pump, hearing aids, or diagnostic equipment and other equipment for measuring, monitoring, and recording body functions such as heartbeat and brain waves, if employed by Sandia National Laboratories you may be required to comply with NNSA security requirements for MedPEDs. This Limited Term Employee (LTE) position is a temporary position for one year term, which may be renewed at Sandia's discretion up to a maximum of seven years. Individuals in LTE positions may bid on regular Sandia positions as internal candidates, and in some cases may be converted to regular career positions during their term if warranted by ongoing operational needs, continuing availability of funds, and satisfactory job performance. | |
