The Fiber Architect partners closely with Product Management, Engineering, and enterprise stakeholders to translate complex business objectives into scalable, secure, and integrated technical solutions.This role owns end-to-end solution architecture across the Fiber platform ecosystem, including integrations with T-Mobile enterprise systems and third-party partners. It leads the design of cohesive, reusable, and future-ready solutions that support rapid product innovation while maintaining operational excellence and architectural integrity. Operating within a business-driven environment, the Architect applies strong systems thinking to align evolving product requirements with long-term platform strategy. The role challenges assumptions, promotes reusable design patterns, and facilitates informed trade-off decisions to ensure technology investments accelerate business growth, improve customer experience, and reduce operational risk. This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in the office. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

QUALIFICATIONS:
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
