Project Management Specialist

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to provide programmatic and administrative support to U.S. Navy C4I programs. This role focuses on coordinating project activities, maintaining program documentation, tracking performance metrics, and supporting leadership in executing contract requirements.

As a Project Management Specialist, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it's imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That's why we need you, a project management specialist who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication. The ideal candidate excels in organization, communication, and process management, ensuring that program operations run efficiently and remain aligned with Navy priorities.

On our team, you'll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of our naval clients. You'll work with stakeholders to review data calls and project reporting, and you'll help with tactical planning.

What You'll Work On:

  • Coordinate day-to-day program activities in support of C4I efforts across government and contractor teams.

  • Maintain and manage program documentation, including schedules, action trackers, meeting minutes, and deliverable logs.

  • Prepare and distribute reports, briefings, and status updates for leadership and Navy stakeholders.

  • Organize and facilitate meetings, including agenda development, note-taking, and follow-up actions.

  • Assist with risk and issue tracking, ensuring proper documentation and visibility.

  • Support development and submission of contract deliverables, including technical documentation and Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) artifacts.

  • Coordinate with functional teams, including engineering, logistics, and acquisition, to ensure alignment with program milestones.

  • Assist in procurement tracking, vendor coordination, and acquisition documentation.

  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and DoD program requirements.

You Have:

  • 2+ years of experience in program coordination, project administration, or DoD support roles

  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook

  • Experience developing reports, tracking tools, and program documentation

  • Secret clearance

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Security, or a Business field such as Economics, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or Management Information Systems

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience supporting C4I or related defense programs

  • Experience with DoD acquisition processes and contract structures

  • Experience with Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and project tracking tools

  • Knowledge of Navy acquisition programs, systems integration, and stakeholder engagement

  • Ability to translate operational needs into executable project plans that drive mission success

  • Ability to pay strict attention to detail

  • Possession of excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,300.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
