About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword - it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

As the Senior Manager, Global Mental Health & Wellbeing, you won't just manage programs-you'll architect the future of how we care for our people. You will lead our most critical mental health and family support pillars for a diverse global workforce, as well as be a catalyst for team evolution. We are looking for a pioneer who pairs deep subject matter expertise with a passion for AI experimentation. You will optimize our workflows, test new ways of working, reimagine employee journeys through our programs, and help our team become our most efficient, tech-forward selves while delivering world-class employee experiences.

Primary Responsibilities

Program Strategy & Management

  • Portfolio Ownership: Drive the success of flagship programs in the US and Globally

  • Enterprise Initiatives: Embed wellbeing into the talent life cycle, focusing on "moments that matter" to ensure support is proactive rather than reactive.

  • Strategic Partnership: Be in lockstep with the International Mental Health Lead to ensure consistency in shared global programs and the acceleration of work.

  • Healthcare Optimization: Partner with the AMER Healthcare team to drive data-based initiatives that advance our mental health strategy and optimize population health in the US.

  • Vendor Excellence: Manage external providers and lead QBRs with powerful insights; manage high-value contract negotiations and ensure strict SLA adherence.

  • Strategic Design: Annually audit the portfolio against business needs and budget, recommending data-driven design enhancements to stay ahead of market trends.

  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Local Benefits, Health & Safety, Legal, Finance, and Marketing to ensure programs are thoughtful and compliant. Partner with Benefits Delivery to improve the global employee experience.

  • Advocacy & Collaboration: Represent the team in high-level public forums and provide hands-on support for milestone initiatives like May Mental Health Month and World Mental Health Day.

Operational Excellence & AI Innovation

  • AI-Driven UX Transformation: Identify friction points in how employees interact with our offerings and leverage AI to design a more intuitive, personalized, and seamless engagement journey.

  • Process Innovation: Act as the functional lead to identify, design, and implement efficiency initiatives within the Wellbeing team using AI and automation.

  • Data-Driven Evolution: Translate complex program data (utilization, clinical outcomes, sentiment) into actionable strategies and compelling business cases for senior leadership.

Who You Are

  • The Strategist: You understand that supporting mental health goes beyond "table stakes" programs; you build systemic environments where employees and managers flourish.

  • The UX Optimizer: You enjoy "looking under the hood" of the employee experience to find ways for both the team and the workforce to work smarter, not harder.

  • The AI-First Pioneer: You proactively explore how AI can modernize legacy processes and employee journeys. You are comfortable with an "experiment-and-learn" approach, moving with speed and agility while ensuring that data integrity and employee privacy remain non-negotiable.

  • The Collaborative Partner: You excel at building relationships in a matrixed environment where shared ownership and cross-functional influence are key.

  • The Go-Getter: You are resourceful, taking the initiative to figure things out independently and executing with urgency and high standards.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in global workplace wellbeing, Global Benefits, or program management, with a track record of designing and implementing impactful mental health strategies

  • Certifications (preferred): Relevant certifications such as Mental Health First Aid, or professional clinical/coaching credentials.

  • Expert Program Design: Deep expertise in implementing and optimizing global programs, including strong vendor management, contract negotiation, and budget oversight.

  • Advanced Analytics: Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into executive-level recommendations and compelling business cases.

  • Executive Communication: Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners (Legal, Finance, ER).
