Application Window Open date: April 29, 2026 Next review date: Thursday, May 14, 2026 at 11:59pm (Pacific Time) Final date: Friday, Oct 29, 2027 at 11:59pm (Pacific Time) Position description Dr. Di Lang & Emily Wilson : Junior Specialist, Lang Lab (Spring 2026) Summary below: Our lab aims to understand the mechanisms of cardiac arrhythmias and how those related to gross cardiac fibrosis and disease on an electrophysiological and molecular level. The Research Assistant (Junior Specialist) will be involved in all aspects of the research from disease creation to whole tissue mapping, to cell line generation. With supervision, the incumbent will also be responsible for analyzing lines of mice with mutations in central genes involved in cardiac development and diseases. The Junior Specialist position will require the employee to be directly responsible for, or assist other lab members, with the following duties:
